Responsibilities & Context:
The Officer – Credit Control, Billing & SCM Coordination will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination among the Business, Finance & Accounts, and Supply Chain Management Department. The incumbent will oversee billing, invoice management, collection follow-up, SCM documentation, shipment tracking, and the maintenance of operational discipline across the order-to-cash and procurement processes.
Ensure timely billing, invoice preparation, and recording.
Follow up on collections with the Business team and maintain receivables tracker.
Prepare and maintain all SCM documentation (PO, LC, GRN, delivery challan, etc.).
Coordinate shipment follow-ups with SCM.
Support accounting postings, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Assist in cash flow forecasting by providing timely collection and payment data.
Coordinate with Business, SCM, and Finance teams to ensure clear workflow ownership.
Maintain organised documentation and filing for all assigned functions.
Support management with operational reporting and coordination activities.
