Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality assurance procedure is maintained with proper documentation as per buyer and company own self system.
∎ Implement quality assurance process which requires less resources and ensures maximum quality.
∎ Ensure different checking is at various points of production such as in-line, mid line, end line and final inspection.
∎ Focus on the quality issues at various production stage and take initiative to resolve.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and find the problems in process.
∎ Communicate to take corrective action plan to resolve the issues.
∎ Ensure right quality of product is handed to the end customer.
∎ Must be capable to handle the different audit like technical ; ISO ; QMS ; WQMS etc.
∎ Must be know the H&M , C&A , ZARA , BESTSELLER ; LCW ,K-mart ; s.Oliver and COG quality policy.
