Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Textile or a related field

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

•      5–7 years of experience in textile print or garment graphic design in the RMG or export sector

•      Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

•      Strong knowledge of repeat construction, colour separation, Pantone TCX/TPG and print techniques (screen, digital, sublimation, DTG)

•      Working knowledge of embroidery artwork and appliqué is a plus

•      Experience using AI image tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or similar) is a plus

•      Good communication skills in English for buyer correspondence

•      A strong portfolio is mandatory

Fashion Power Group is building a purpose-built design studio, showroom and live sampling facility in Dhaka. We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead print and graphic development for our seasonal collections and buyer programmes across Europe, North America, South America and Asia.

Key responsibilities

•      Develop all-over prints (AOP), placement prints, repeats and colourways for knit, woven and denim garments

•      Create seasonal print and graphic collections based on trend research

•      Prepare production-ready artwork and CAD files with correct repeats, colour separations and Pantone references

•      Present artwork directly to buyers and handle revisions and approvals

•      Work with fashion designers, 3D designers and the sample section to develop strike-offs, prints and embroideries

•      Guide and review the work of junior and assistant graphic designers

•      Keep the print and artwork archive organised
