Minimum 5 years experience as Sales manager in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Company.
Responsibilities & Context
Must have clear concept about veterinary pharmaceuticals market in Bangladesh.
Must have able to set-up market for Sales team through recruitment of new field forces and development existing team.
Must have very strong and close relationship with consultants and vet practitioners of the country to generate prescription to end users.
Should be able to control field forces and monitor field activities to achieve the budget.
Should be capable to work independently with commitment and self motivation to attain company’s objectives.
Should be able to prepare yearly Budget of the company.
Should be able to organize DGM, FGM throughout the country with prior management approval and prepare calendar of such meetings at the beginning of the year.
Should be able to undertake at least 21 days tour outside Dhaka (Head Quarter) in a month to organize, monitor and develop sales team of the company.
