Fashion Power Group's new Design Atelier in Dhaka has an in-house printing and embroidery section, with a DTG printer and a multi-head embroidery machine for live sampling. We are looking for a Print & Embroidery Coordinator to run print and embroidery development from artwork to finished sample.

Key responsibilities

•      Plan and follow up print and embroidery sample development for the design and graphics teams

•      Coordinate in-house DTG printing, heat press and embroidery sampling with the machine operators

•      Develop strike-offs and print/embroidery trials with outside print and embroidery factories when needed

•      Check artwork files for print and embroidery suitability (size, colours, stitch count, technique)

•      Check sample quality for colour, placement, registration and finish, and share feedback

•      Track sample status, timelines and costs, and keep a library of approved techniques and swatches

•      Prepare print and embroidery demonstrations during buyer visits

Requirements

•      Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design or a related field

•      3–5 years of experience in garment print or embroidery development in the RMG or export sector

•      Good knowledge of print techniques: screen, digital, DTG, sublimation, puff, foil, discharge and similar

•      Good knowledge of embroidery types (flat, 3D, appliqué, sequin, bead) and basic digitizing

•      Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for checking artwork

•      Existing network of print and embroidery suppliers is a plus

•      Good communication and follow-up skills
