· Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

· Strong professional experience in interior design, with experience in architectural and building design also preferred. More experience will be preferred.

· Good understanding of current interior design trends and materials in Bangladesh and internationally.· Experience in client handling, team leadership, design coordination, working drawings, BOQ, costing and project execution.

· Proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization software such as D5 Render, Lumion or equivalent.· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and other relevant design and office software.

· Confident communication, sound judgment and a proactive, responsible approach.

· Professional, presentable appearance and appropriate office attire.

· IAB membership will be an advantage.

· Lead interior design concepts, space planning, material selection and design development for residential, commercial and industrial projects, including apartments, vacation homes, offices and factories.

· Guide the architectural design and planning of building projects, ensuring a cohesive relationship between the building and its interior.

· Attend client meetings, understand project requirements and present design proposals and recommendations.

· Lead and coordinate the interior design, architecture and visualization teams; guide junior architects and 3D visualizers and review their work.

· Manage working drawings, BOQ preparation, project costing and design coordination through execution.

· Coordinate with clients, structural and MEP consultants, vendors and site teams throughout the project.

· Ensure drawings and project documentation comply with applicable local building codes, approval requirements and safety regulations.

· Monitor project progress and quality, support timely delivery, and regularly update the Lead/Chief Architect on progress, decisions and challenges.
