Deputy Lead Architect / Project Architect

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Architectural plan, elevation, and detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rule, understand engineering drawings related to work, particularly architectural, structural drawings Interior and other associated drawings.

2. Sound knowledge in modern Architecture, Exterior Design, Interior Design, updated information about materials as well as estimation.

3. Capabilities of following up new projects from planning, drawing, material selection and working with other engineers.

4. Responsible for implementation of Projects, maintaining the quality, workmanship within the approved budget & design.

5. Supervision of construction as per design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of projects.

6. Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction. Coordinate with other departments like Engineering & procurement as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule, Supervise ongoing work periodically as per the requirement of principal Architect.

7. Coordinate with clients and Land Owner regarding design related issues.

8. Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management.

9. Resolving the issue related to project implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.

10. Prepare project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses to ensure the desired profit. Well conversant with MS office applications, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D studiomax, V-ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other associated software’s etc.

11. Preparing the Preliminary Layout Plan or Proposal considering the findings of FAR Analysis and as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect.

12. Finalizing the 3D model, getting Approval of the Management & provide it to all concerned Dept.'s.

13. Preparing all required Architectural Drawings for construction purpose as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect with the help of Sub Asst. Architects/ CAD Operators.

14. Thoroughly checking all Drawings prepared by Sub Asst. Architects/ CAD Engineer to minimize errors and information lacking.

15. During Construction, visiting the sites at different phases.

16. Visiting Different Showrooms for Gathering updated information regarding materials, fittings, furniture etc.

17. Helping the Management/ Dept. Head to select Tiles, light, fixture and furniture for running project.

18. To ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target of the project.

19. Meet the site condition.

20. Meet the customers' modification requirements.

21. Accommodate changes for betterment of the project.

22. Any other task assigned by Management.
