Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, troubleshoot,new deployment ISP, IIG core network and troubleshoot upstreams, global routing related issue, internal routing, bandwidth capacity, performance, geo latency
∎ Design, deployment & tshoot campus, enterprise customer network, security, advanced technology like ipsec, sd-wan, sdn, dc to dr data connectivity, Raw packet analysis
∎ DOS and DDOS attack analysis instant mitigate and analysis customer traffic and mitigate permanently. Manage all CDN (GGC, FNA, MCC), IX,Routing security, multihoming, DC - DR
∎ Wireless LAN, CCTV, IOT network design, deployment and tshoot, interconnect them under same umbrella and make sure security, performance
∎ Trained and guide team members and supporting others team about routing, switching, mpls, transmission design, optimize and improve performance , FTTH, customer support, manners with clients, troubleshooting technique, mikrotik, juniper, cisco, bdcom
∎ Attend technical meeting with clients when needed and based on their demand provide optimal solution and guide sales if there have any sales scope, attend direct phone call with customers
∎ Network equipment hardening, protection from attackers, regular patch update, device health check, monitoring, bandwidth usages & pattern monitor, deploying new nms for more visibility
∎ Adopt updated technology and implement these in our network and propose solutions to our valuable customers, automate some activities to enhance performance with limited resources
∎ Work with NTTN and Telco for new activation through them and guide sales if there have any sales opportunities. Regularly manage pop network and upgrade/rearrange based on customer demand
∎ Work with the business development team for new services and integrate them with our existing services, based on new demand prepare infrastructure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Work as Network Senior Engineer/Network Administrator/ Core network Asst. Manager/ Manager.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the IIG/ISP/Telco
∎ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Internet protocols.
∎ Strong knowledge of physical layer (e.g., Optical fiber and Radio Link)
∎ Strong knowledge of layer 2 network.
∎ Experience with all layer 3 routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, etc.)
∎ Experience in MPLS Traffic engineering.
∎ Knowledge of clustering and virtualized environment.
∎ Knowledge of DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Web Servers, Database Server (MySql), FTP Server, MRTG and Mail Servers in Linux/Unix.
∎ Working knowledge of SNMP, Netflow, and protocols.
∎ Experience in configuring SSL/IPSec VPN.
∎ Possess vendor certification from Cisco, Juniper, Redhat, etc.
