∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM Support Team, Technical Support Department.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/RCDM/CDM, Problem Identification, Diagnose, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of client’s requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and different products.
