Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work in a team and lead a team of around 50-100 members.
∎ Must be capable of working under pressure.
∎ Should have can do attitude & committed to assigned responsibilities.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum tolerable target as per production capacity at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure delivery within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concernend department and follow up in order to reduce un productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production rate and ensure correct method, so the post-production output matches up to the desired result.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities at workplace.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Analyze and assess service risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before conducting post-production.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of human resource, machine & material to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Should have the capability to bring in work process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess sound knowledge in Image Post-production including Clippingpath, Multi-path, Masking, Natural Shadow, Neck Joint, Image manipulation, Retouch, Extensive Retouch, Color Correction etc.
∎ Professional experience in E-commerce Image Editing, especially with having proper understanding on the international industry standard & Leadership capability is must for this role.
Salary:
