• Must have strong leadership and management capability and be target-oriented.
• Should be experienced and capable of managing cutting, sewing & finishing sections, and fully the RMG production System for knit & woven fabric & Garments.

Responsible for entire cutting, sewing & finishing production matters of the designated/assigned garments

.Should have sound knowledge about Garments breakdown & modern layout system of cutting, sewing & finishing lines

.Develop the cutting, sewing & finishing standards and SOP for the garments floor for achieving the planned production target and required quality of the garments

.Develop & lead the team for the smooth operation of the cutting, sewing & finishing section

.Follow-up and ensure production from fabric to accessories and sewing to finishing to ensure meet the shipment schedule without fail

.Follow up the production of the running orders and give the guidelines to the subordinates for smooth operation

.Responsible for strong floor management of the cutting, sewing & finishing dept

.Will be responsible for quality issues of the garments during cutting, sewing & finishing and guide & motivate the under-commands accordingly

.Coordination with Merchandising, Planning, IE and give them proper support in all cutting, sewing & finishing related matter

.Ensure product quality as per customer quality standards. Follow up and maintain all cutting, sewing & finishing related reports

.Understand and maintain compliance (Social, Technical, Health & Safety) in cutting, sewing & finishing operations and in the garments section

.Work closely with concerned departments from the development stage to foresee production bottlenecks & quality problems

.Contribute to production planning and budgeting, monitor quality assessments to ensure buyer’s satisfaction

.Maintain the production schedule, strictly follow up on hourly production, and work to achieve and increase production targets.
