Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in sample development and approval processes.
Support communication with buyers regarding product specifications and order updates.
Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and availability.
Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) plans.
Monitor production progress and ensure timely execution of orders.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams.
Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, reports, and order files.
Assist in costing, consumption calculation, and order analysis.
Track shipment schedules and support delivery coordination.
Update merchandising data in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Perform other merchandising-related tasks assigned by management.
