Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To do time study & motion study of the particular style/ article of a particular production line or section.
∎ 2. Hourly production target follows up and keep record the problem.
∎ 3. To eliminate the excess the manpower of the production line and increase the production efficiency.
∎ 4. Do the footwear stitching line layout according to the SMV sheet/ operation bulletin.
∎ 5. Capacity study of the production line and do the line balancing for proper resource utilization.
∎ 6. Operator, line and floor efficiency calculation and reduce the WIP.
∎ 7. Man to man capacity study and make the skill summary of the particular section.
∎ 8. To do KAIZEN (continuous improvement) for process simplification or improve the productivity.
∎ 9. Follow up the low performance operators and give the proper guidance with production personnel.
∎ 10. Keep record the non-production time and take initiative to reduce the production loss time.
∎ 11. Daily basis IE related report making and submit to the department head and do the discussion for any type of improvement or taking initiative.
