Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post graduation degree from reputed institution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing producers and supplier as per requirement.
∎ Sourcing fabric and trims along with procurement team.
∎ Chasing procurement team for pending fabric & trims.
∎ Internal & external communication with designer and production team.
∎ To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
∎ Preparing local purchase orders.
∎ Accessories & trims in-housing.
∎ To prepare the order costing and price quoting.
∎ Ensuring trims & accessories quality to check & concern with the quality team.
∎ Advising and assisting production and quality department.
∎ Taking responsibility for finishing & inspections planning.
∎ Attend PP meeting.
∎ Get PP approval from designers.
∎ Chase of QC for PP approval process.
∎ Randomly visit producers and suppliers to follow-up production.
∎ Rework with designers for QC rejected garments to make revised PP and bulk correction.
∎ Chase of QC for inspection report.
∎ Prepare producers bill and arrange payment to producers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Local fashion house
∎ Should able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills
∎ Proficient computer skills
Salary: Negotiable
