Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive, store & issue goods and maintaining records in professional way
∎ Buyer wise inventory and delivery monitor and control
∎ To arrange, monitor and management of all accessories for smooth store operations and production support.
∎ Coordinate with concern department regarding transport and other issues to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Tracking all sewing machine movement (in-house) from factory to factory
∎ To handle all spear parts like sewing machine, electrical, mechanical, general, garments and textile etc.
∎ To handle all yarn related issues.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch
∎ Check issue register as per P.O order sheet
∎ To coordinate procurement and other departments as per requirement
∎ Data Processing of the inventory
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level
∎ Reporting to supervisor /management as per requirement
∎ To maintain store documents & environment as per compliance
∎ To prepare daily/weekly stock report
∎ Arrange the warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently
∎ To prepare monthly report and submit to the Department Head & Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good technical knowledge in Store system & it’s SOP.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in ERP software and MS Office package.
∎ Need to have considerable knowledge/understanding of Supply Chain Management.
∎ Self Motivating, well-organized, initiative, detail-oriented, team management, hard working and multi tasking skill.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
