Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and craft detailed job descriptions and role requirements.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviews, and offer negotiations.
∎ Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, executive search, and agency partnerships, to identify top talent.
∎ Facilitate smooth scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
∎ Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and long-term hiring goals.
∎ Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract high- caliber candidates.
∎ Plan and participate in events like career expos, campus hiring drives, and other talent acquisition programs.
∎ Maintain and optimize the company's career page and social media profiles to attract and engage potential hires.
