• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance withinTextile in mass manufacturing process. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of quality systems, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure products meet internal standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Implement quality controls across all production stages and maintain updated SOPs.

• Standardize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive preventive actions.

• Conduct internal audits, manage third-party inspections, and ensure ISO/buyer compliance.

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma (6σ), and 5S to minimize defects and improve efficiency.

• Train and mentor QA/QC staff on inspection protocols, quality standards, and defect prevention.

• Address customer complaints with timely corrective measures to uphold buyer confidence.

• Check garment fitting against buyer measurement charts and follow the spec sheet meticulously.

• Maintain clear communication with buyer representatives, following their instructions accurately and on time.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with factory management and buyers to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and address quality and technical issues, providing prompt solutions.

• Coordinate pre-production (PP) meetings with the team, GPQ, and buyer QC teams until cutting is approved.

• Develop and implement daily QC working plans.

• Oversee in-process and end-line quality control processes, ensuring a focus on the quality of finished goods.

• Minimize discrepancies between pre-final and final inspections.

• Train and develop subordinates to enhance their skills and maintain high-quality standards.

• Maintain full control over all quality control activities across the garment production process.
