Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & direct supervision for operating and maintaining ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) properly.
∎ To monitor ETP Operational procedure according to National, Brands and international guideline;
∎ Fulfill the requirements of Wastewater Module of HIGG INDEX FEM 3.0, ICS Audit, IS0 14001:2015 and related part in other certification and buyer's COC audit;
∎ To check daily reports including log sheets, dosing register, cleaning register, equipment checking sheet maintained by operators.
∎ Research, design, evaluate, install, operate & maintain ETP related products/equipment's to meet requirements within the approval budget.
∎ To communicate with Supplier, clients, regulators and sub-contractors e.g. analytical laboratories.
∎ Providing analytical information of various processes to clients/IFC based on questionnaire
∎ Check water testing parameters like BOD, COD, DO, pH, TSS, TDS etc.
∎ Check sludge testing parameters like MLSS, SVI, FM ratio, Sludge age.
∎ To maintain documents of daily ETP water analysis report, monthly microscopic test report, monthly test report.
∎ To prepare documents of monthly chemical consumption & cost report, waste ledger, sludge ledger & flow meter reading.
∎ To follow up maintenance schedule on different frequency for the equipment's used in ETP
∎ To maintain documents of daily ETP water analysis report, Water consumption, Flow meter reading registers maintaining, and monthly test report.
∎ Communicate to electrical/mechanical/workshop/utility department/line manager to run ETP without any faulty operation
∎ Look after the proper use of chemicals including dosing rate & PPE.
∎ Collect month wise utility data with the collaboration of utility team; provide monthly, bi-annual and annual performance data as per buyer's requirement;
∎ Must have understanding regarding BCMP (Best Chemical Management Practice), Chemical Management & Compliance, Blue Sign, BHIVE;
∎ Monitor ETP wastewater discharge, evaluate the environmental parameters as per DOE standard and achieve ZDHC standard;
∎ Understand MRSL, RSL, SDS, and MSDS and maintain documentation properly, ensure proper guideline about chemical purchasing issue Ensure proper chemical management in the chemical store and floor.
∎ And any other assignment has given by the Management from time to time.

∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on computer application as Ms- Word, Ms-Excel.
∎ Must have practical knowledge about environmental audit.
∎ Must have vast knowledge regarding chemical.
