Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 5-8 Years Above (The applicants should have experience in Garments Washing Factory.)
∎ Must have working experience in both denim and dyeing wash.
∎ Proper knowledge is required to operate front loading, Ozone Machine.
∎ Should have Basic Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & Email communication.
∎ Must have knowledge of Mold.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
∎ Good knowledge of Floor compliance.
∎ Knowledge of both Wash Denim & Dyeing Process garment manufacturing
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge Office Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To fill up customer needs, quality and delivery.
∎ Achieve daily targets according to production plan.
∎ Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
∎ Reduce and minimize reject to achieve production quantities.
∎ Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department. Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
∎ Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
∎ Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
∎ 100% Export Oriented Garment Washing Manufacturing Factory.
∎
∎ Workplace & Location: Work at Factory, Gazipura, Tong, Gazipur.
