Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the team and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production capacity.
∎ Arrange required training for associates to understand and achieve departmental goals.
∎ To ensure quality production in sewing stages of production.
∎ Monitor the production procedure in sewing section and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Daily target fills up 97.5%Line Migration & Absenteeism target 2.0%.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
