Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all technical issues.
∎ Planning & implementation on quality, cost & consumption management.
∎ Manage color development of lab dips/new sample.
∎ Intend dyes combination considering the color fastness, Dischargability, Cost, Metamerism, Dyes Stock, dyes fixation, floor suitability etc.
∎ Ensure hazard free & eco friend textile product by checking MSDS, TDS, SD of all dyes & chemicals used in factory.
∎ Visually approve all colors for multiple fabrications of lab dips & also finished sample/bulk lots for all buyers.
∎ Responsible for color correction guidelines & adjustment in recipes to color technicians.
∎ Create and maintain all color attributes, lab dips & physical color library of all buyer.
∎ Update approve LD number in production planning.
∎ Work out on daily production report & monthly data analysis on RFT%.
∎ Check shade category of delivery challan of dyeing section before dispatch & cross check the costing also.
∎ Give guideline to color technicians about new dyes/chemical characteristics, dyeing process, recipe formulation or others so on.
∎ Devising & establishing company's QUALITY MANUAL, Standard Operating Process, Equipment Operating Guideline & records.
∎ Check risk assessment of new fabric/product/trims in development/production stage.
∎ Check out & decision making for all type of local/global report release.
∎ Find out root cause against any fail, make corrective & preventive action to save process loss.
∎ Collect quotation for new machine/apparatus requisition.
∎ Review monthly budget for lab purpose.
∎ Perform recruitment & selection, internal audit plan, calibration plan, technician evaluation & training plan.
∎ Overall functioning of lab operations, file arrangement, storage etc.
∎ Monitor & overview the operating system, records, data, maintenance etc.
