∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Administrator (DBA), Hardware & Networking, Real Estate Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
∎ Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
∎ Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
∎ Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
∎ Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
∎ Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
∎ Structured network cabling, maintenance and troubleshooting power backup system.
∎ Planning and audit Internet bandwidth and IP address for whole network and hosted devices.
∎ Identify, analyze, and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing,
∎ such as software defects, bugs, functionality issues, and output errors, and work with software company to find solutions and develop retesting procedures.
∎ Communicate clearly and effectively with ERP software users and developers.
∎ Maintain the support tracking log of PrismERP software.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining LAN, WAN, and branch to branch connectivity.
∎ Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in office.
∎ NVR & IP Camera configuration, setting & Maintenance.
∎ Experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.
∎ Working experience on Microsoft 365 Email Server.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
∎ Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
∎ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
