APYZ Safe Foods Agro Ltd. is an agriculture based fast growing company in Bangladesh. To support continuous growth, we are looking for a smart, energetic and hard-working team member for the position of “Asst. Manager, Production & Manufacturing “at Mymensingh.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the poultry farm, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of birds to ensure quality as per company rules and regulations
• Supervise supply chain management process, procurement and farm workers and provide leadership to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Ensure that proper biosecurity measures are implemented and maintained to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation to optimize bird comfort and productivity.
• Monitor chick health and growth rates, ensuring optimal conditions for development.
• Plan and manage feed formulations and feeding schedules to ensure nutritional requirements are met.
• Monitor feed consumption and adjust rations as necessary to optimize growth and efficiency. Implement disease prevention protocols and monitor bird health closely.
• Coordinate with veterinarians to diagnose and treat diseases promptly.
• Maintain records of health treatments and vaccination schedules.
• Oversee the daily operations of fish farms, including feeding, water quality management, and fish health monitoring.
• Keep detailed records of production data, including growth rates, feed consumption, and mortality rates for research and development.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements in production efficiency.
• Develop production plans based on customer feedback, market demand and operational capabilities.

• Train staff on proper handling of birds and fishes, biosecurity measures, and health management practices.
