Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Honors/Master's (for similar industry work experience).DVM / Animal Husbandry / Fisheries / Agro Business background.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 50 years
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills for effective collaboration with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers.
- Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production
Supervises and coordinates the activities of all projects, ponds, and units.
Making sure it meets the production targets.
Making sure birds, fish, byproducts, and eggs are healthy and looked after by meeting their daily needs.
Ensure the livestock`s health and contact a veterinarian.
Working safely and making sure all staff, visitors, and contractors work safely.
Operation
Ensure day-to-day operation with man, machine, and management.
Taking the right time, the right decision for all activities.
Directs maintenance and repair of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Recruiting, training, and developing farm and unit employees.
Supply Chain
To ensure a flawless supply chain (Processing, packaging, storing, delivery, and logistics).
To ensure daily finished products for sales and future stock.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality and timely delivery; assist in identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
Analyze stock levels and initiate procurement as necessary.
Documentation & Compliance
Making sure personal protective equipment (PPE) is kept clean and in good condition.
Meeting high environmental and biosecurity standards.
Keeping accurate records of all required data and correctly storing necessary documentation.
Attendance, egg production, feed consumption, and mortality reports.
To make decisions and do the work when it is necessary for the projects.
