Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• BBA/MBA in Marketing

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
• Practical knowledge of computer applications especially MS Office (Excel, Power point & word).

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential business clients and generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on products or services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
• Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales progress, marketing campaign results, and market insights.
• Any other task assigns by management.
