Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and communicate monthly production targets in collaboration with other departments.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with department heads to assess progress and address challenges.
∎ Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement.Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
∎ Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment repairs and upgrades.
∎ Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies or processes to enhance production.
∎ Review and approve budgets for production-related expenses.Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the production team.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to guide strategic decision-making.
∎ Make report of target vs achievement analysis by reasoning machine downtime, manpower skill matrix & material supply weekly & monthly to In-charge /Head of plant.
