Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis seamless sample and identifying correct yarn and customers product specifications, establish proper costing
∎ Decide the yarn combinations and develop fabrics based on customer requirement adhering to customer specified testing protocols.
∎ Costing the final seamless product working with the cross-functional teams to output a technically feasible product
∎ Communicating with buying office, materials supplier and coordinate with merchandisers and product development, Textile, print and as well as all departments of garments unit to make the smooth operation of production and quality
∎ Closely work with the customer and arrange a meeting with them regarding our difficulties and challenging during sample developments through merchandising team
∎ Coordinating with every Department Head to ensure Quality System is followed at every step of developments and bulk
∎ Training to Designers as to their impact in good operation Systems to sample developments
∎ Design, Implements and documents procedure for process control, process improvements, testing and inspection
∎ Establishment of collection and analysis system of tactical data to predict trends that will affect improvements of the product.
∎ Implement quality standard and enhance productivity and efficiency.
∎ Conducting risk analysis and PP meeting with all concern departments and buying representatives; discuss technical issues, quality issues and Critical points to particular style before bulk production.
