Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strictly maintain TNA plan to meet PCD and on time materials in-house.
∎ Collaborate with Merchandising, Commercial, Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∎ Assist the Planning AGM in developing and maintaining a detailed production schedule based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and available resources.
∎ To assess production capacity and resource availability to meet production targets.
∎ Help adjust plans to maximize machine and labor utilization.
∎ Support the prioritization and allocation of resources to high-priority orders to meet customer commitments.
∎ Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
∎ To identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in production planning and scheduling.
∎ Collaborate with the Planning Manager and sales and marketing teams to develop accurate production forecasts.
∎ Collaborate closely with the planning team, including production planners and schedulers, to support their initiatives.
∎ Assist in analyzing production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Help generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
