Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage production staff, preparing work schedule and assigning task to subordinates and preparing departmental plans and ensure implementation.
∎ Ensure production as per recipe and requirements.
∎ Achieve machine production target.
∎ Minimize stock of WIP, QC reject, cutting broke, Trim and shorting.
∎ Reduce GSM variation, shedding, foam spot, crease and pick out problem.
∎ Ensure reduced downtime.
∎ Ensure and update different production related MIS reports.
∎ Focus on Training, proper supervision and motivation to team and workers for healthy work environment.
∎ Coordinate with various department for smooth production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have practical experience in writing & Printing white Paper Production.
∎ Should have positive attitude of innovative and creativity.
∎ Excellent in MS Excel and regular reporting.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
