Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Human Resource Management from reputed University;
∎ PGD in HRM will have an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of HR, Administrative related policies, procedures and activities;
∎ Job analysis, manpower planning, recruitment, selection & appointment, preserving of personal file of employees;
∎ Prepare the Job Description (JD) of employees;
∎ Performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion & increment letter to employees;
∎ Identify TNA, prepare curriculum & conduct the training;
∎ Setting KPI, KRA, organize and analysis data, Data analysis trends & forecast, Create Charts, Graphs & presentations and Implement KPI (Key performance Indicators);
∎ Continuous follow up HR activities with all the Departments and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the employees;
∎ Monitoring of housekeeping (as per 5S), welfare, security, safety issues, health & hygiene activities;
∎ Monitor closely to ensure that all the administrative and logistics issues i.e. cleanliness, utility services, accommodation, transportation, office equipment and tools, and canteen management etc.
∎ Assist the plant head to draft and issue different types of official letters like memos, office orders, notices, circulars, warning letters, meeting minutes, etc.
∎ Build up rapport and maintain liaison with local law enforcing agencies and authorities.
∎ Follow-up control of attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees;
∎ Handle of legal, disciplinary matter as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015;
∎ Ensure to update all NOC, licenses & certifications.
∎ Any other related Administrative and Welfare jobs that may assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 Years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR & Administration in a large organization;
∎ Sound written and verbal communication in ENGLISH & BANGLA.
∎ Good understanding of Bangladesh labor law 2006 & Bangladesh labor rules 2015.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving abilities.
