Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Fiber splicing, FTTX technology, Network testing, optical fiber, OTD Functions, Physical layer, Radio Link
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fiber Optic Transmission, ISP, NTTN
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor field team, guide best fiber path selection and ensure smooth operation
∎ Make strategies to ensure seamless services for clients. Should be target & result oriented & meet up the sales target on monthly basis.
∎ Directly involved in all kinds of fiber, related transmission installation, configuration & commissioning to ensure last-mile connectivity establishment.
∎ Periodic inspection of fiber routes and work sites.
∎ Monitor the progress of the fiber projects on a regular basis and report regular status updates.
∎ Put extended attention to work in the field team and their work.
∎ Work for estimating, work/project scheduling, and staff scheduling.
∎ Ensure project documents are complete.
∎ Review and maintain splice plans, test results, and as-builds for fiber optic transmission.
∎ Offer expert advice to the organization on issues related to transmission networks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06 years of working experience in ISP, IIG, NTTN & Telecommunication.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of fiber splicing, OTD functions and other network testing.
∎ Applied knowledge of FTTX configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of physical layer (e.g., Optical fiber and Radio Link)
∎ Should know how to perform pop maintenance
∎ Should know how to develop inter-department relationships
∎ Should know how to maintain healthy relationships with customers.
∎ Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
∎ Ability to work in a 365/24/7 environment.
