Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage all the activities of dyeing departments’ activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery.
∎ Develop and execute a workflow plan as per the budgeted targets.
∎ Ensure appropriate production inventory control procedures.
∎ Ensure the raw materials and finished goods always meet customer's requirements.
∎ Obtain and deliver outsourced order meeting customers' requirements having approval from COO.
∎ Coordinate and ensure the department's machinery and equipment are maintained to optimal levels of operation.
∎ Responsible for using lean principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and improve the production process.
∎ Direct dyeing activities to ensure that products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standards.
∎ Control operations cost within approved budgets by evaluating actual expenditures with budgeted costs, taking appropriate actions.
∎ Coordinate and direct the administration and HR activities in the dyeing departments in consultation with the HR Manager to ensure that company personnel policies and procedures are properly administered.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage and extra hour work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on dyeing and washing technology.
∎ Knowledge on dyes and chemicals.
∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
∎ Knowledge on Costing, Material handling, Floor management, Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
∎ Up to date knowledge on dyeing and washing machine and equipment.
Salary: Negotiable
