Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Arrange various training & development activities to meet the compliance requirement.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's Code of Conduct and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Follow up employee wellness in the factory based on labor rules, ensuring ethical practice as well as the company's own policy & procedure
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, Accord, etc and handle their different audits with requirements
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
