∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Masters in commerce/ Business studies from Public university and having good score in CGPA.
∎ Private University Graduate/Post Graduate Candidate is not allowed.
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Commercial base Traing
∎ Skills Required: Banks & Financial,Govt.Sector Corporation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, International Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to work independently in Commercial Department (Export & Import) of Tannery & Footwear Unit.
∎ Must have knowledge about the UCP-600, ICC rules for international transaction.
∎ Well versed with Negotiation, Costing, Import Laws and Dealing with customs authority.
∎ Develop and implement Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Commercial Department
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, Customs department and any Government office etc.
∎ Follow up for raw and packing materials and ensure proper selection of HS code for easy clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Communication with confirming bank for add confirmation of export LC at a competitive price.
∎ Check all export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, NOC, GSP, CO/SAFTA/AFTA others certificate )
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, RADE, TIN, VAT, EPB RRG, B and Fire License).
∎ Collect quotation against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ Follow up all L/C and UD and UP formalities.
∎ Arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC)
∎ Maintain liaison for cash incentives of specific products.
∎ Check import payment against different L/C's and prepare retirement/ FDD issuance letter for payment of that respective L/C's from export proceeds on maturity date.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per import, UD & UP consumption
∎ Ensure all Bank Guarantee Return and H S Code.
∎ Follow up renewal of IRC, ERC and all other related licenses.
∎ Follow-up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipment; confirm the payment and get the document released from the Bank for clearing goods.
∎ Arrange for tasks related to ERC and IRC and all other related licenses and obtain No Objection from previous Banks.
∎ Must have sound knowledge with VAT, Board of Investment and Cash Incentive.
∎ Supervise and follow-up the all handing over documents to operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities, cash incentive inform management as required.
∎ Follow up Annual Import Permission.
∎ Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Perform related work of BIDA, Chief controller of Import & Export (IRC, ERC),
∎ Do all work related to BTA, LFMEAB.
∎ Follow up compliance issues in the factory regarding bond and export items.
∎ Visit factory as regular basis as per schedule.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Must have experience in maintaining pass book, Customs audit and related works in bond commissionerate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 8-10 years working experience in commercial department in both Import and Export department of group of companies.
∎ Fully capable to communicate customs, Bond, Vat, Export, Import C&F, Shipping line and other statutory authorities.
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest and dedicated and self-motivated.
∎ Have excellent skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank/customs/shipping line/freight forwarder/ EPB.
∎ Must be Skilled in English Writing & Spoken.
∎ Must have good skill in computer literacy.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.
∎ Provide different types of reports to the management as required.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management as and when required.

Salary: Negotiable
