Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collecting order sheet/purchase order from Merchandiser.
∎ Booking ( Sea, Sea-Air & Air) on time.
∎ Prepare the shipment invoicePrepare the Export-Documents after VSL sailing (Buyer Requirements).
∎ Review all export & import documentation for preparation of Transition Certification (TC).
∎ Prepare the bank to bank docs.
∎ Mail communication with Buyer & Forwarder.
