Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in working with inventory management and inventory software will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update inventory records accurately in the system.
∎ Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
∎ Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Track the movement of medical equipment and reagents in and out of storage.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries in coordination with the logistics team.
∎ Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods to/from clients and suppliers.
∎ Prepare delivery notes and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Record and manage inventory-related transactions in the accounting system.
∎ Track inventory costs, including purchases, returns, and wastage.
∎ Generate financial reports related to inventory.
∎ Assist in budgeting and forecasting for inventory purchases.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits and reporting.
∎ Experience in working with accounting & inventory software is must.
