∎ BBA/MBA in any discipline (Preferred in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or Business Discipline).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and verify challans for the dispatch of finished goods to ensure accuracy in documentation.
∎ Maintain records of all challans for audit and tracking purposes.
∎ Develop and manage a nationwide delivery route plan for timely and efficient dispatch of products.
∎ Coordinate with transport teams to optimize routes and minimize delivery time and costs.
∎ Maintain accurate stock records of finished goods in the factory and warehouses.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks to ensure consistency between physical and system records.
∎ Supervise all distribution operations for the electric unit, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with production and sales teams to align distribution.
∎ Manage transportation logistics, including vehicle allocation, loading supervision, and shipment tracking.
∎ Collaborate with third-party transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
∎ Prepare and maintain distribution-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch records.
∎ Generate periodic reports on stock, delivery status, and distribution efficiency for the management.
∎ Ensure that all logistics and distribution activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
∎ Enforce safety protocols during loading, unloading, and transportation.
∎ Monitor and control transportation stay within budget.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising delivery efficiency.
∎ Address operational issues such as delivery delays, product shortages, or stock discrepancies.
∎ Develop contingency plans to manage unforeseen logistical challenges.
