∎ Responsible for the development and docking of local coal supplier resources;
∎ Fully participate in coal procurement;
∎ Participate in coal delivery expediting, water level measurement and other related work, and can accept business trips arranged by the company;
∎ Cooperate in customs clearance, tax exemption application, payment information collection and other work;
∎ Master various types of coal, fuel index and shipping knowledge, and be familiar with the bank letter of credit application process;
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable local coal suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality coal supply.Negotiate supply agreements, pricing structures, and terms and conditions with local coal suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and long-term partnerships.Oversee quality inspections and ensure that the coal procured meets the technical specifications and standards required by the power plant.Monitor local coal market trends, pricing, and availability to develop procurement strategies that align with the plant's operational and budgetary goals.Plan and manage the logistics of coal delivery, including transportation and storage, to ensure timely and efficient supply to the power plant.Assess and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, pricing volatility, and supplier performance to maintain operational stability.Ensure all procurement activities comply with local laws, environmental regulations, and company policies related to coal sourcing and handling.Regularly evaluate supplier performance in terms of reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and develop improvement plans or alternative sourcing options as needed.
