∎ Age 26 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver Akij bicycle / Akij healthcare & hygiene/ Akij electric & electronics ltd/Akij electric & electronics ltd items to designated locations through various routes.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate deliveries in accordance with company standards.
∎ Collaborate with different Transport services to optimize delivery processes.
∎ Communicate effectively with customers and address any delivery related concerns.
∎ Ensure direct deliveries are executed promptly and accurately.
∎ Good Knowledge of Oracle software. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle.
∎ Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
∎ Maintain LIFO/FIFO.
∎ Prepare challan as per sales order.
∎ Prepare daily stock reports, Internal movement reports, delivery status, and submit to the line manager.
∎ Reconcile payments and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
∎ Coordinate with third-party vendors for efficient and seamless deliveries.
