Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and process customer orders from various sales channels (Admin Panel, Telesales, Digital marketing, and others).
∎ Verify order details, payment confirmations, and inventory availability.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order dispatch.
∎ Ensure accurate stock records and update systems after every transaction.
∎ Monitor stock levels and notify supply chain teams about low-stock items.
∎ Conduct regular(every 7 days) stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
∎ Plan and execute timely delivery schedules.
∎ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time and damage-free deliveries.
∎ Handle delivery challenges, such as delays or returns. Keep the sales Team updated on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines.
∎ Resolve sales team & customer queries or complaints related to order fulfillment.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fulfillment performance.
∎ Collaborate with the sales, supply chain, and inventory teams to optimize operations.
