∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

∎ Age 28 to 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs and establish sourcing strategies.·
∎ Manage the procurement process, including analyzing purchase requisitions, and reviewing specifications.
∎ Source, Select and Negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service with Local and foreign suppliers.
∎ Responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Prepare CS & submit it to the procurement committee for approval.· Responsible for preparation and execution of purchase orders and sending the same to suppliers and sub-contractors.
∎ Monitor and check supplier performance, including evaluating their ability to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
∎ Keep updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system software.
∎ Arrange MIS report as per management requirements.
∎ Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers or vendors.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, operations, and finance teams, to ensure effective coordination and communication.
∎ Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
