∎ Age 32 to 48 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To arrange/hired transport (Truck & Vessel) and ensure delivery according to customer requirement.
∎ Follow up Sales order (SO) team & provide guideline for daily activities.
∎ To prepare division wise Sales order report (quantity, total collection (and send to head of distribution & Logistics).
∎ To ensure online payment information with documentation and send to A&F department.
∎ To collect hired transport bill with challan, verify all documents.
∎ To verify carrying rate & submit to accounts department for adjustment.
∎ To inform customer & sales people about hire truck movement status.
∎ To prepared delivery schedule for crisis moment according to customer requirement.
∎ Monitoring Sales Order summary report by software.
∎ Monitoring Sales Order & Payment information by sales personnel according to party’s requirement from all over the county.
∎ Check sales order, quantities, item, rate & mode of transport.
∎ Motivate & supervise to associates in order to developed interpersonal skills.
∎ Follow up order status (Open/Pending) and monitoring for Sales Order approval.
∎ To inform unapproved order to concern/relevant sales personnel/Client.
∎ Arrange yearly training to develop their communication skills.
∎ Arrange software & IT Training that will helpful for Sales Order Section to develop their skills.
∎ Monthly meeting is continues to increase to aware about clear objective of Company Goals.
∎ Motivating team members for the achieving organizational skills.
∎ Aware of the hierarchy and their role in it.
∎ Good relation with team members.
∎ Monitor the work at all times and provide appropriate feedback.
