Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Properly Checking H.S Code, Update Customs rules/SRO/GO, VAT, AIT, ATV, SD, RD, duty, etc.
∎ Good knowledge on chassis delivery, FOC Shipment, Dummy/Sample import, etc.
∎ Knowledge on BG/Shipping Line Guaranty.
∎ L/C management, to maintain related agencies and other bodies to clear the imported goods from the concern sea/air/land port in time - Process of Procurement (Foreign & Local), put in order price comparative statement, PI Collection, L/C documents preparations and proposal submission to the bank, L/C check and confirmation, L/C collection from bank, L/C amendment, L/C forward to suppliers, arrange Insurance Cover Note, L/C retirement process, Documents forward to C&F agent, Supervise of C&F agent.
∎ Collect Inventory Report from Factory as well as quarterly requirement of Raw Materials, Purchase and Import of all kinds of Textile/Garment Raw Materials: Fabrics/Yarn/Chemical/Dyes/ spare parts, Capital- machinery, Garments accessories, Rubber belt/felt & other items in effective and efficiently.
∎ Coordinate with store management to goods/raw materials stock level for better business decision.
∎ Properly handle - Foreign & Local Cash LC, B2B L/C, UPAS LC, EDF LC, FTT, RTGS, etc.
∎ Arrange Marine Insurance Cover Note, Supervising of C&F related works, Goods Received Note collection from store/factory.
∎ Good Knowledge of Import L/C, Shipment Status, Vessel Arrival status at port, Goods Release Status, Coordination with C&F Agent & Transport authority.
∎ Properly Check Export SC / LC terms and condition.
∎ Follow up Back to Back L/C against Export L/C.
∎ Follow up Stock of Raw Materials in Factory Store according to Bond Register.
∎ Follow up utilization of Raw Materials according to DEDO Coefficient.
