Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze demand according to the requirements and do procurement planning.
∎ Analyze market and source for the procurement.
∎ Prepare the request for quotation (RFQ) as per the requisition.
∎ Conduct the bidding process.
∎ Prepare comparative statement for the approval of purchasing committee.
∎ Submit the Block List to get the approval of drugs administration, regulatory work with Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA).
∎ Job Context: One Direction Commercial Limited is seeking a motivated and skilled Executive officer to manage pharmaceutical procurement planning, sourcing, bidding and regulatory tasks. The role requires effective collaboration, negotiation skills and knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze demand according to the requirements and do procurement planning.
∎ Analyze market and source for the procurement.
∎ Prepare the request for quotation (RFQ) as per the requisition.
