∎ Age 20 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the back room by coordinating activities relating to the receipt storage, issue, and maintenance of goods.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule for DSD goods and ensure that all orders are generated according to schedules.
∎ Ensure all goods (new/existing) are maintained under proper storage conditions, and in designated areas, to ensure the quality and freshness of goods.
∎ Ensure proper cold chain standards are maintained for chilled and frozen products by monitoring temperature levels and distributing them appropriately.
∎ Ensure all high-value products are kept in secure storage.
∎ Monitor and control materials such as stationary, packing materials, handling equipment, cleaning materials, and other resources.
∎ Execute price changes in the system and ensure product quality as per the QC guidelines.
