Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the switch, socket and PVC Tape production process.
∎ Maintain production schedule as per forecast and production demand.
∎ Maintain product SOP, BOM and ensure the implementation of QMS from production end.
∎ Analyze production process, solve problem, generate new idea, ensure productivity and execute production schedule.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control and track programs to meet quality objectives.
∎ Identify the strengths and development needs of each staff and review their performance.
∎ Maintain a safe work environment on the production floor by following safety and compliance guidelines.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
∎ Take initiatives to upgrade production process to reduce process wastage and to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure reports on various aspects of changes in production and inventory.
