Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Basic understanding of quality control procedures in Food processing.
Ability to work in a cold storage or food processing environment.
Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure accurate weight measurement, proper sealing, and correct labeling of each package.
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the packaging process.
Identify defects or irregularities and report them to the supervisor promptly.
Prepare and maintain daily Check reports and relevant documentation.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
