Responsibilities & Context:
Kyros Footwear is a growing footwear manufacturing company producing PU and PVC products for the mass market. With a workforce of 400+ workers, we are focused on building a high-efficiency, system-driven factory.
We are looking for a Production Manager with a strong Industrial Engineering (IE) background who can identify production problems, reduce loss time, and improve overall efficiency through data and execution.
This is a highly hands-on role. The candidate must be actively present on the factory floor, continuously monitoring operations, identifying inefficiencies, and taking immediate action.

Core Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of end-to-end production operations (Cutting, Printing, Stitching, Assembly, Finishing)
* Plan and execute daily production targets based on capacity and order requirements
* Monitor and improve line efficiency, worker productivity, and output performance
* Ensure proper manpower allocation and line balancing
* Coordinate with Store, Supply Chain, and QC to ensure smooth production flow

Industrial Engineering & Process Improvement (Key Focus):
* Conduct time study and motion study to identify inefficiencies
* Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, idle time, and non-value-added activities
* Reduce loss time across all production stages
* Improve line balancing and workflow optimization
* Monitor and improve machine utilization and capacity efficiency
* Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement actions

Production Control & Discipline:
* Maintain proper WIP (Work-in-Progress) flow and SFG control
* Ensure strict discipline and accountability on the production floor
* Control rejection, rework, and material wastage
* Ensure proper shift planning and output tracking
* Take immediate action on production delays and operational issues

Reporting & System Development:
* Maintain daily production, efficiency, and loss time reports (Excel-based)
* Develop and implement structured production systems and SOPs
* Track key metrics like efficiency %, output per line, rejection %, and downtime
* Provide regular updates to management with clear data and action plans
