Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for the Inventory Operations.
∎ Provide regular reports on daily stock, monthly stock delay, aging, delivery, etc.
∎ Inventory register maintenance - Excel and Inventory Software.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all goods kept under custody and undertake regular stock auditing activities as per defined audit procedure.
∎ Operate Inventory Helpers, Delivery Man, and Drivers for smooth inventory system and delivery process.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass, and delivery register.
∎ Maintain physical stock and prepare Goods Received Report.
∎ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to the concerned for reimbursement and record-keeping.
∎ Keeping delivery schedule and goods delivered maintain according to delivery order quantity.
∎ Maintain first in, first out method (FIFO) of stock.
∎ Taking physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory.
∎ Reporting Management with various reports regarding the inventory system.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on a regular basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by Management.
