Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Pattern making, Sample and CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ After receiving tech pack, Review & find out all technical issue.
∎ Discuss with concern merchandiser & Buyer about all technical issue & styling.
∎ Follow up actual pattern & actual fabric.
∎ Maintain proper man machine utilization as compliance rules.
∎ Deliver technical decision during sewing as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Highlight the critical process & find out solution.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandiser's & Planning Department for actual trims, accessories & other.
∎ Sample Planning as per Merchandiser requirement.
∎ Set target for making sample daily.
∎ Arrange meeting time to time with all Q.C., Pattern Team, Cutting & sewing Department for proper quality work
∎ Reviewing every sample stage comments & incorporate.
∎ Ensure actual quality sample submission to Buyer.
∎ Total responsibilities for approval from Development to Production sample
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in Pattern Making, Grading as Buyer Requirement.
∎ Must have Product Idea - Denim Jacket, Cargo, Joggers, Basic 5 pkt, work wear, Overall, Fashion wear Etc.
∎ Knowledge about Fabric Consumption Quality & Shrinkage.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Technical file / Speck file / Tack Pack
∎ Strong skill in Communication with Buyer / Buying Office.
∎ Able to do Manual Pattern Making.
∎ Software knowledge, CAD '3D' - Optitex , Gemini , Gerber , RT - Cad , CLO3D Etc.
∎ Must have Skills about First Time sample approval - Like - Development, Size Set , Fit , PP , Photo etc.
∎ Knowledge about Sample Washing
∎ Cutting Direction.
∎ Knowledge about - How to more easier Sewing in bulk production.
